Holistic Health
Holistic health is
also called holistic healing. Holistic health is nothing but caring the person
by providing physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual needs. All
these 5 aspects allow a person to live a healthy, happy rather than compromised
life. It is the combination of body, spirit and mind. Holistic health not only
focuses on illness but looks after the whole health. As it is known that
physical, mental, social aspects affect the overall health and being unwell depress others. People
living longer experiences high level of stress and fatique and are consuming
nutrient deficient food and also exposed to harmful chemicals through air,
water etc. So in current situation holistic is very important and it should be
practice more sincerely and effectively.

If we take stress which is a psychological response also
produces physical
symptoms like headache, insomnia, weight gain, muscle pain, anxiousness,
depression etc. But if we have a close
friendship or more spiritual than it helps us in lowering blood pressure,
reducing stress level and even improve chances of surviving cancer.

considers various external and environmental factors
which support or impact overall health and wellness. Improving holistic health involves more
eating health food and exercising more. There are several steps to improve
holistic health these are: Doing yoga outside, practicing meditation and
soulful music in the morning to overcome stress, anxiety and depression, remove
toxicity and creating positive environments. Physical health can be maintained
by sleeping for 8hours, eating nutrient rich diet in every 3-4 hours, moving
body in every 30 minutes and avoid smoke and alcohol consumption. Social health
is maintained by communicating with others and get involved in community tasks.
Spiritual health and emotional health is maintained by spending time with
nature, meditating and practioning religious faith. Emotional health is
maintaining by listening to soulful music, seeking therapy
supporting emotional health and
regularly checking stress reduction
