 Including fruit in daily diet is nothing but giving our body with plentiful of nutrients and antioxidants. Some studies suggest that selenium rich diet provide protection against skin cancer, sun damage and age spots. It can be avoid by eating brazil nuts and  broccoli. Vitamin E  help in promoting healthy skin growth and prevent skin from cell damage. Fruits rich in vitamin include almonds, avocado, pine nuts,  and hazelnuts.

Mango being rich dietary fibre sugar prevent constipation.It has also anti-inflammatory properties which protect skin from DNA damage.It is also rich in  vitamin A,C,E ,K, xanthophylls and flavinoids.

  1. its obvious some patients with Herpes Virus are being enslaved to the antiviral and other supplementary Orthodox medicine just to help suppress the virus and not a cure.
